Jennifer was born in July 6:th 1958 in Sleaford,Lincolnshire, UK. She is married to actor
Adrian Edmondson and has 3 daughters, Ella, Beattie and Freja. After leaving school
Jennifer traveled to Italy. When she returned to England she went to the London’s
Central School of Speech and Drama. There she met Dawn French whom she later teamed up
with and created ‘French & Saunders’. Their first appearance thogheter was
in Comic Strip, 1981. Jennifer have gained great success in her involvement as both as a
performer and writer of several comedy shows.

Television debut in a Nimble Bread commercial. Her first big screen appearance was as a
Bond Girl ‘On Her Majesty's Secret Service’ in 1969. She wrote an Autobiography

character actor Nadim Sawalha. Julia spent five years attending the Italia Conti Academy
before embarking on an acting career. Julia had her breakthrough role in The British TV
series PressGang Playing Lynda.

in 1955 with whom she got a daughter, Suzie Aitchison who today is a British Comedy
actress. She became a radio favourite playing the perennially engaged "Eth" in
the famous Jimmy Edwards comedy series Take It From Here. Whitfield made her debut on
television 1951 in The Passing Show.
